I'm Mariano, an engineer, product thinker, and founder with 20+ years building software.

I run Dotsur, a software consultancy, and I'm building String Authority, a guitar registry platform. I've worked across the stack and across roles (backend, frontend, infrastructure, product management, team leadership) and I've spent the last couple of years going deep on AI-native workflows: agents, orchestration patterns, and tools that make the work better, not just faster. This site is where I document what I'm actually shipping. Prototypes, experiments, developer tools, consulting work. Anything where I think the process or the result is worth sharing. No polished tutorials or thought leadership; just real projects with real constraints, written up as I go.
